Mold Removal in Dennis, MA

SERVPRO® of Mid-Outer Cape Cod was called in to remove black mold from a bathroom in a commercial retail property in Dennis, MA as a result of a leaky pipe. Our technicians, using proper personal protective suits and equipment, first had to detach the sink and toilet in order to remove the affected drywall and trim. Once the contaminated materials were removed and properly disposed of, we cleaned and treated the entire area with SERVPRO®’s specially formulated cleaning and anti-microbial products. Next, new drywall and trim were installed and painted with a fresh coat of paint. Lastly, we thoroughly cleaned and reattached the sink and toilet to get this bathroom back to looking “Like it never even happened.”
