Flooded Basement in Yarmouth, MA

SERVPRO® of Mid-Outer Cape Cod was called in to remove over two feet of standing water in a South Yarmouth, MA basement. Upon arrival, we discovered that the washing machine line had burst and flooded the basement with approximately 17,000 gallons of water. After turning off the water to the washing machine line, we then employed three pumps in order to make quick work of removing the standing water and reduce the potential for additional damage to contents, materials and structure. We then extracted any remaining water, cleaned the floor, treated with an anti-microbial, and set up drying equipment to get this basement back to “Like it never even happened”
